ABOUT MY WORK
The job responsibilities of Dave Mendoza include initial concept of a design through final production. He stays current with design trends, colors, font usage and imagery. Then he applies these trends to his clients needs to produce effective graphic and advertising design. He utilizes the most up to date software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on a Mac platform.

His portfolio displays almost every type of print media which includes, advertising, brochures, newsletters, letterhead, post cards, training material, flyers, P.O.P. displays, posters, banners, billboards,
t-shirts graphics and static web graphics.

Meet DAVE MENDOZA
Dave Mendoza was born and raised in Southern California. He has been an artist his entire life and is passionate about creating powerful graphic designs.

Mr. Mendoza served in the United States Army at Ft. Bragg, N.C. and in Schwaebisch Gmuend, Germany. He was Airborne and worked with a 4-man combat communications team. After the military, he received two Associate of Arts degree's in Design from Orange Coast College and FIDM.
He has worked in the corporate world for many years designing for various businesses that included direct mail marketing firms, action-sport apparel companies, Hoag hospital corporate communications, ad agencies, and fire departments.

Mr. Mendoza has been married for the last 25 years and has two beautiful, successful daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities such as camping at the beach, in the mountains and in the desert.

FIRE SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Dave Mendoza is a certified EMT and California State Firefighter. He has experience working as a volunteer firefighter with the Orange County Fire Authority and Idyllwild Fire. He has also worked as an EMT for the Long Beach Fire Department. In his sprae time, Mr. Mendoza works for NASCAR as a Firefighter/EMT. He also works on a private traveling fire/safety team. In addition, he teaches EMT and CPR classes to aspiring first responders at local high schools.
